Available in sizes from eight to 20 inches (200 to 500 mm), they are offered with standard and low profile enclosures, industry-standard flanges and both manual and automatic features. Marathon CP Cryopumps can be serviced via “hot swap” without breaking vacuum, which allows for greater system up-time and lower cost of ownership.
