Our factory-trained technicians are located in strategic service centers around the globe and offer 24/7 on-call support, with no answering machines and no waiting.
We service SHI, APD and Daikin products. Our service offerings differ by product type. However, our complete range of services is both flexible and cost effective, including:
- Product return to local service depot for service, repair or complete refurbishment
- Assistance in diagnosing equipment issues via phone or e-mail
- Product exchange programs (contact your local service center for available products)
- Customer training programs
- Customized service contracts
SHI factory-trained service technicians are also available for on-site training, scheduled maintenance or emergency visits, offering rapid-response service for mission-critical applications.
