Zephyr™ Air-Cooled Compressor
| The new Zephyr™ Compressor is the air-cooled version of our highly-reliable HC-4E1 Compressor. It is designed to operate a variety of SHI Cryopumps and Cryocoolers, and is backward compatible with select water-cooled SHI compressor models. Marathon® CP-20 Cryopump

The high-capacity CP-20 is designed for large vacuum chambers and is offered with an ANSI 20" or an ISO 500mm flange. It can be readily-maintained without breaking vacuum or removing the cryopump from the chamber.
